How do I cancel my subscription?
It depends how you subscribed. If you signed up through the App Store or Google Play, manage or cancel it from your device's subscription settings — app store subscriptions can't be cancelled by our support team. If you subscribed on the website, log in at app.platesandplans.com and manage your plan from your account.
I'm having a technical issue — what should I include?
Email us with the feature affected, what you were doing at the time, and your device type. For app bugs, it also helps to include the time and timezone the issue happened and the steps that led up to it.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for in-app purchases are handled entirely by the app store you subscribed through (Apple or Google). For website subscriptions, contact support and we'll review your request against our terms.
How quickly will I hear back?
We aim to respond within 24 to 48 hours on business days. During busy periods this can stretch to up to four business days. Rest assured we have your enquiry even if you haven't received acknowledgement — if it's taken more than 4 business days, please check your spam folder, then reach back out to us again.
